About João Paiva Mendes
João studied Business Management at Nova SBE.
In 2008 he launched the project Gocar Tours, the yellow cars guided by GPS in Lisbon, together with 2 college friends. Over the past years he launched several brands in the tourism sector in Portugal. Currently, he is the CEO of Boost Portugal, the umbrella brand of the different projects he has been running.
Boost Portugal operates in the fields of Tourism, IT and Catering, employing more than 100 persons and it is present in Portugal, Europe, and the USA markets. During his free time, João loves to practice martial arts, playing padel and traveling.
