About Susana Carvalho e Silva
Founder and Managing Partner of Business Setting, Susana has over 24 years of experience in management consulting and human capital development. She is an expert in leadership and organizational development, team development and cultural transformation processes, particularly organizational and leadership transformation.
With a Ph.D. in Sociology of Organizations, Susana is also a Professor at NOVA FCSH, teaching Human Resources Management, Sociology of Organizations and Sociology of Innovations.
Portuguese Ambassador of the Leadership Circle, she is also a certified coach of executives and teams, with over 1400 hours, in 5 years, in the design and facilitation of workshops for leadership development and transformation of cultural organization.
