Circular inNOVA(tion) is the latest partnership with Sociedade Ponto Verde
SDG-aligned university is looking for candidates with the most innovative ideas in the field of sustainability, recycling and waste management. Applications open until September 16th, 2023.
Launched by NOVA Impact, Circular inNOVA(tion) is an entrepreneurship and innovation programme that aims to mobilise everyone around issues of sustainability, recycling and waste management.
The programme, which is accepting applications until the 16th September, aims to respond to specific challenges identified by Sociedade Ponto Verde. For example, how can we create a fair pay-as-you-throw system that reaches the entire population? Or how to create an on-demand waste management service? Or how to mobilise consumers to reduce and separate more and better?
Over the course of four months, the candidates – divided into multidisciplinary teams – will first take part in a boot camp using design thinking tools, and will then have access to a network of mentors until the final challenge.
In addition to the cash prize, which will allow the teams to continue developing their projects, the best team will be able to continue developing their project with the support of NOVA and Sociedade Ponto Verde partners.
