NOVA currently has three specialized units to support its community of students and researchers in areas related to knowledge and technology transfer: 

• NOVA Impact Office (Rectorate)
• IRIS – Innovation Research and Impact Strategy (FCT NOVA) 
• InnoValue (NMS)
• ITQB NOVA Innovation Unit 

NOVA Impact Office is the knowledge transfer support arm of NOVA’s Rectorate, with a vision to create an impactful innovation ecosystem with NOVA University at its core. This office works in straight collaboration with the different Organic Units, providing support to all the Organic Units that do not have specialized services in knowledge and technology transfer. 

The students and researchers from FCT NOVA, NMS, and ITQB NOVA should contact directly the respective specialized services (links above), which apply the main procedures approved by the Rector in this area.
