Eyal Amitai

Short biography I became CEO of an electronic contract manufacturer in 2005, in 2015 I took it to become a medical device CDMO (contract design & manufacturing organisation) with FDA listing. In 20019 we brought in a PE and in 2021 I brought an outside CEO to take my place, staying as Executive Director until we sold 100% to a large PE in 2023. During my time the company grew from 170 to 1,500 employees and 2 factories in China as well as 1 in Thailand, an R&D centre in Israel and sales in Europe & US. Main skills Strategic Planning throughout the pyramid of vision, goals, top level strategy, basic strategy, tactics and operational. Leadership: managing through internal-entrepreneurs & leadership teams (VPs, EVPs, etc...), leading through inspiration and self-motivation, etc... Operational Excellence in manufacturing. Medical/FDA requirements in Manufacturing & Quality Assurance & control Profitability in complex operating environment Zero defect manufacturing (it's never zero, but the point is the organisation understands that is a main goal during manufacturing and designs the whole process and support around it) Sales processes & funnel design Design for manufacturability Delegating in leadership I know the above seems like a lot of capabilities, but running a company for 16 years I had to learn everything and do it relatively well - otherwise the company would not have survived...I also know what it looks like when someone capable is doing it, so this is just a partial list Areas of interest for mentoring Young entrepreneurs about to set off, especially from engineering & business background Mid-level management going into senior management Perhaps most importantly - new CEOs (within first 2-3 years) - this is a lonely job that is unlike senior management or any other management by an order of magnitude. I've made lots of the mistakes, would like to help others avoid them Motivation to be a mentor I became a CEO at 29 years old, I was not prepared, not supported and didn't have resources. Thus, I made a ton of mistakes and suffered over many years until I found my feet. Most of the things that made me much better at my job as CEO aren't rocket science but can be hard to figure out on your own, I'd like to help leaders be better, have more fun being leaders and work more effectively. Ainotetaker — The Future of Smarter, AI-Powered Notes

In today’s digital-first workplace, where teams span continents and meetings happen at lightning speed, note taking is more important than ever. Yet, traditional note taking methods simply can’t keep up. Trying to write everything down during a fast-moving meeting leads to missed details, incomplete action items, and confusion later. That’s where technology steps in. Ainotetaker is redefining the process with artificial intelligence, making it the best ai note taker for busy professionals who value both efficiency and accuracy. Why AI Is Transforming Note Taking Artificial intelligence is no longer just about futuristic gadgets or research labs. It has become embedded in everyday work, powering everything from virtual assistants to advanced analytics. When applied to meetings, AI has the ability to listen, understand, and summarize conversations far more effectively than humans alone. Instead of a jumbled mess of bullet points, you get a structured summary that captures the essence of the discussion. That’s why the demand for the best ai note takers has skyrocketed in recent years. Ainotetaker goes beyond simple transcription. It leverages advanced natural language processing to capture not only what was said but also the meaning behind it. It recognizes tasks, responsibilities, and decisions—providing a document that teams can act on immediately. More Than Just Words on a Page The power of Ainotetaker lies in its ability to distinguish important content from background noise. In a typical meeting, not every sentence needs to be recorded. What matters most are the outcomes: who is responsible for what, deadlines, and key agreements. Ainotetaker filters through hours of conversation to produce concise, usable notes. That’s what makes it stand out as the best ai for meeting notes. Imagine finishing a client call and instantly receiving a recap with next steps clearly outlined. Instead of wasting time rewriting messy notes, you can jump straight into action. For product teams, this means faster iteration. For sales teams, it means stronger client follow-up. For executives, it means never missing a critical decision. Designed for Modern Teams Today’s workforce depends on tools that connect seamlessly with their existing workflows. Ainotetaker integrates with popular video conferencing platforms, calendars, and project management systems. This makes it one of the most effective candidates for the best meeting note taking app. Instead of exporting raw text and manually entering tasks into other platforms, Ainotetaker does the heavy lifting automatically. For hybrid and remote teams, the value is even clearer. Not everyone can attend every meeting in different time zones. With Ainotetaker, summaries and transcripts are easily shareable, ensuring that no one is left behind. This fosters better collaboration and keeps everyone aligned, no matter where they are located. Security and Trust Any AI tool that handles sensitive business information must be built on trust. Ainotetaker prioritizes data security by using encrypted storage and giving teams full control over what is saved and shared. This ensures that your confidential discussions remain private while still benefiting from the intelligence of AI-powered analysis. Who Benefits from Ainotetaker? The beauty of Ainotetaker is its versatility. Different industries find unique value in its capabilities: Executives and managers: Track key decisions without losing focus during discussions. Sales professionals: Capture client requirements, objections, and follow-ups automatically. Project managers: Get instant clarity on deliverables and task ownership. Recruiters and HR teams: Ensure interview notes are consistent and unbiased. Consultants and agencies: Deliver polished, professional summaries to clients minutes after a meeting. For all of these groups, Ainotetaker is widely considered the best ai note taking app for meetings because it doesn’t just provide notes—it provides actionable knowledge. Why Choose Ainotetaker? Plenty of tools promise to simplify meetings, but very few deliver actionable results. Ainotetaker is designed to empower professionals to focus on people, strategy, and outcomes, rather than typing every word. It’s not just about automation—it’s about clarity. By the time you reach the middle of your workweek, you’ll see the difference in how much more aligned and productive your team can be with the help of the best ai notetaker working quietly in the background. Meetings that once felt like time sinks become engines for progress. Looking Ahead The integration of AI into daily work life is only just beginning, and note taking is one of the areas where it’s already proving indispensable. Ainotetaker exemplifies how AI should work: invisibly, efficiently, and in service of human creativity and decision-making. As technology continues to evolve, more businesses will seek out the best ai note takers to keep pace with the demands of remote work, global collaboration, and fast decision cycles. Ainotetaker isn’t just keeping up with this shift—it’s leading the way. Conclusion The future of productivity lies in tools that reduce friction and amplify human potential. Ainotetaker is more than an app; it’s the best ai note taker for modern teams who want every meeting to matter. With its intelligent summaries, actionable insights, and seamless integrations, it redefines what note taking can be. Whether you’re managing a startup, leading a large enterprise, or working as part of a distributed global team, Ainotetaker ensures that your meetings are captured, understood, and transformed into progress. That’s why it remains the best meeting note taking app for today and tomorrow.

Circular In(NOVA)tion is a program dedicated to attracting students with innovative projects to address specific challenges posed by Sociedade Ponto Verde (SPV).

The initiative addresses key challenges for SPV, such as creating a fair pay-as-you-throw system, establishing an "on-demand" waste management system, and encouraging society to reduce waste while promoting better separation.

During the kick-off meeting on November 17th, participants and the SPV team discussed the intricacies of packaging management, presented challenges, and addressed doubts. The teams also engaged in a session on 'How to make an impactful pitch,' aiming to captivate the jury's interest in the potential of their ideas and the chance to advance to the next phase.

Four projects have progressed to the second phase, ongoing until March 2024.

Each selected team has received €1000 to further develop their projects in collaboration with SPV partners. The teams also benefit from dedicated mentoring from NOVA and access to specialized workshops covering critical project development topics.

Stay tuned for more updates!
