Our experience in the healthcare industry and the range of our services offer a set of two-dimensional methodologies and tools, combining the Lean Management approach with Agile Management, enabling healthcare organisations to have both efficient and flexible processes, and digital transformation of healthcare units and their relationship with patients, based on recent and emerging digital technology such as digital platforms, the Internet of Things (IoT), digital twins, gamification, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
We have developed an original method to combine the benefits of implementing Lean Management in clinical processes to reduce waste (resources, costs) with an approach that maintains flexibility in responding to uncertainty, which characterises the clinical processes of primary care and hospital units. With these tools, services become more agile, costs are reduced, and greater satisfaction is achieved among professionals and patients.
In addition, we complement the Lean-Agile method with the collaborative development of digital platforms that directly connect healthcare professionals to their patients, IoT, and AI, which enable the enhancement of knowledge, transforming it into patient-centred care.
Furthermore, our expertise in digital technology also enables us to incorporate virtual reality, simulation methods, biomechanical analysis, and advanced systems for monitoring and customising physical interfaces through 3D printing, including prostheses and other customised ergonomic devices, into our work processes.
