NOVAlia materializes hands-on teaching, where food and health meet, transposing science to the table.
It aims to respond to the pedagogical needs of different groups, from children to university students, patients, health professionals and general public. Thus, it promotes the transfer of knowledge and its application to health, making medical and nutritional recommendations more practical and concrete.
The facility is equipped for the autonomous and independent use of the participants under the guidance of the trainer.
NOVAlia takes place in the first food research laboratory, equipped for the autonomous and independent use of the participants, in a medical school, run by excellent professionals.
